The care they had for our vision, great customer service, their excitement for the project. They were front-end-heavy so when it started it was actually really hard to stop.

What is your favorite part of your home?
The open-floor concept and access to the outdoors.

What was the hardest decision you had to make when designing your home?
We went back and forth about the floor plan. What we thought we wanted and what we ended up doing were two different things.

What is your favorite upgrade you chose?
10' ceiling height cabinets and the island with the cabinets on both sides in addition to the water fall countertop.

Are there any upgrades you wish you would have done?
Storm shelter will be in one of the next phases as will be a generator.

What was your favorite part of the process?
Moving in is fun. After drywall went it we were able to see everything come together. Also, when the studs went up.

Is there anything you would now change about your home after moving in?
Maybe just having a closed room on the first floor for a phone call would have been good to have. Other than that, nothing.

Do you have any advice for people who are starting their Two Structures build?
Ask questions and bring your ideas. Having the ownership to bring ideas up and ask questions would have made some things easier and reduced some anxiety along the way.
