Why Buyers Choose Two Structures Homes
We aren't the cheapest builder — and we're upfront about that. Most of our buyers aren't looking for the lowest price. They're looking for the best value.
Our buyers come to us because they want a home built right, a clear process, and a builder who treats them like a partner.
If you're starting to compare builders, you can call or text us anytime with questions — we're happy to walk you through what to look for.
What We Build Differently
Most builders never show you what's behind the walls. We do — because we believe you deserve to know exactly how your home is constructed. Our Behind the Walls video series gives you a front-row seat to the craftsmanship that sets us apart.
Every Two Structures home is built to the Two Structures Standard — well above what Oklahoma's building code requires. The cheapest home to build is rarely the cheapest home to own.
These aren't upgrades — they're our baseline.

Building on Your Land
Some of our most rewarding projects happen when we build on a customer's own property. The process is the same — but the results are deeply personal.
The Jabbens — custom build, rural acreage
They came to us wanting a barndominium. After talking with several builders, every one told them no. We said yes — and showed them how a custom-built home could match their vision and their budget. Starting from a sketch, we built their family home from the ground up.
The Hiemers — multi-generational compound, 10 acres
They envisioned a property where three generations could share land without sharing walls. We customized a plan for the main home and designed a separate, smaller home for their daughter — each built within its own budget. Today the whole family shares one property while maintaining independence.
A Mustang couple — 5-acre property, 20 years in the making
They'd owned their land for two decades. When an inheritance finally made the build possible, we customized one of our plans around the craft room she'd always wanted — filled with light, storage, and a space that's entirely hers.
Designing for Every Life Stage
We've built several homes incorporating Universal Design features — a design philosophy focused on accessibility and long-term comfort for people of all ages and abilities. These aren't specialty builds — they're thoughtful decisions that make everyday life easier now and more flexible later.
Marci and Will are a good example. We built their first home together in the Porches at Ponderossa neighborhood. When it was time to upgrade, they came back to us. Their new home includes wider doorways, zero-step entries, and a flexible floor plan — features that work for them today and will continue to work as life changes.
We also partner with Resilient Life Technologies to design homes that support long-term independence — combining thoughtful layout with technology that helps homeowners stay in their own homes longer.
Making a home accessible doesn't have to mean it looks clinical. One of the more common concerns we hear from buyers thinking about long-term livability is that accessible features will make their home feel institutional — grab bars that look medical, wide doorways that feel sterile, a layout that signals limitation rather than comfort.
This video walks through a real home we built with accessibility as a core design priority — and how every decision was made with both function and aesthetics in mind. The goal was simple: a home that works for life's changes without announcing it. Watch the video →
Designing for Wellness
For some buyers, indoor air quality and environmental health aren't optional considerations — they're essential. One client with an autoimmune condition came to us needing a home that would actively support her health. Her home includes advanced ventilation and filtration, low-VOC materials, an extra exhaust vent in the laundry room, tight air sealing to limit allergens, humidity control, and consistent temperatures throughout.
The result is a home that looks and lives beautifully — and that works with her health rather than against it.
Current Communities
We build in several communities across the OKC metro. Visit our communities page for current availability, pricing, and lot details.
Echo Park — Deer Creek
Minutes from retail, dining, and recreation in Edmond and OKC. Easy access to the Kilpatrick Turnpike, Hefner Parkway, and I-235. Peaceful streets, a community fishing pond, and quality finishes throughout.
Anthem — Northwest Oklahoma City
A good fit for move-up buyers and downsizers who don't want to compromise on quality. Greenbelts, walking trails, and community gathering spots — with easy access to downtown and Will Rogers Airport.
Financing Assistance
Through partnerships with OCURA and OHFA's Housing Stability Program, eligible buyers on select homes may qualify for down payment and closing cost grants. We also offer incentives that reflect current market conditions — availability and amounts vary by home.
